Bill Grice is a Resilient Senior Business Development Consultant, Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur. He is recognized on a national level for his operational skills and abilities to assist troubled and transitional companies. He has led and participated in manufacturing and operational growth of mid-market privately held and private equity fund held companies. Engagements in a multitude of industries, including manufacturing, aftermarket manufacturing, retail, distribution, transportation, and import/export operations Europe, Asia, Canada and Mexico. Bill has industry sector expertise in Automotive, Consumer, Industrial, Medical and Machinery & Equipment. Bill has an extensive background working with public and privately-owned companies in the areas of turnaround management, crisis management, operational improvements and efficiency, business strategy, short - and long-term planning, distribution, inventory management and control, cash flow forecasting, financial oversight and financial management. He has successfully assisted and obtained new or expanded credit facilities or alternative sources of capital. He has also actively participated, invested and completed M&A activities and transactions, Investment Banker and PE Exit Horizon deal flow transactions. In addition to his advisory expertise, Bill has served in C-Suite Executive roles with full Budget, Cash Flow Planning, P&L, BS and Capital assessment, budgeting and appropriations responsibilities. Held roles as Chief Executive Officer, President, Business Development Director and Business Sector General Manager.
