About This Center
The Sacramento MBDA Export Center, operated by California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce, provides technical assistance and business development services to generate increased financing, contract opportunities, and greater access to new and global markets for minority business enterprises (MBEs). The Center is also designed to help identify, screen, promote, and refer MBEs to exporting resources, and to engage in and/or expand exporting.

Staff Information
Maye Saephanh, is the Director of Sacramento MBDA Export Center operated by California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce. The services provided by Sacramento MBDA Export Center include international trade research and business consulting, workshops and trainings focused on equipping businesses to grow domestically and globally, and creating inbound and outbound business matchmaking opportunities. Prior to MBDA, Maye brings over a decade of experience in implementing programs for government and international development agencies in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. She has worked for organizations like World Vision and the U.S. Agency for International Development to support economic development in developing countries. One of her career highlights include working with U.S. federal agencies to launch the first international trade export out of Kandahar, Afghanistan in 30 years since the onset of conflict.
