At World’s Largest Industrial Trade Fair, ACT1 Group Expands European Footprint
Expanding opportunities in European Union (EU) countries remains an essential goal of ACT1 Group, a workforce management firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The firm accompanied the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) at Hannover Messe, April 25-29, 2016.
Founded in 1978, ACT1 Group focuses on “keeping the ‘humanity’ in human resources,” according to Janice Bryant Howroyd, founder and CEO. With client operations in more than a dozen nations including India, Mexico, Brazil and South Korea, ACT1 Group was excited to become part of MBDA’s first official delegation at Hannover Messe, the world’s leading trade fair in industrial technology.
Peter Carvalho, President of Agile1 participated in the MBDA policy roundtable, ceremonial events, and exhibit fair, building networking connections to expand the company’s footprint within the EU. The company also leveraged MBDA expertise, and plans to follow up with contacts formed during the event.
