EDA Webinar on proposed changes to RLF program

When

Tuesday, November 15, 2016 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm

The Economic Development Administration invites you to join an informational webinar on the proposed revisions to regulations for Revolving Loan Funds (“RLF”). This webinar accompanies the Federal Register Notice and intends to generate additional public comment.  EDA will describe the proposed changes and explain both the rationale behind those changes and their potential impact. Existing RLF Recipients are especially encouraged to join.

On October 3, EDA published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Federal Register at 81 FR 68186. Through this action, EDA is proposing important changes to the regulations governing the RLF program that are intended to reflect current best practices and strengthen EDA’s efforts to evaluate, monitor, and improve RLF performance by establishing the Risk Analysis System, a risk-based management framework, to evaluate and manage the RLF program.

The webinar will take place on Tuesday, November 15 at 2:00 p.m. EST via Adobe Connect and teleconference (info below). Following the webinar, a recording of the webinar will be posted on EDA’s YouTube page at https://www.youtube.com/user/EDACommerce.
