The Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is hosting a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) workshop on Thursday, Jan. 5 from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
This Intensive SBIR/STTR Workshop: National Institutes of Health (NIH) Focus workshop will teach you more about the SBIR/STTR program which awards more than $2.6 billion in federal Research and Development (R&D) funding annually to qualified businesses.
During this workshop you will learn:
- Current information on SBIR/STTR programs
- Strategies for targeting your proposal to address the requirements of the NIH
- How to approach each section of your proposal
- Planning your commercialization strategy
- Writing to meet the reviewers' expectations
